When Data Metalcraft, Inc., a Dassel-based metal fabrication and contract manufacturing company, needed durable, cost-effective packaging for new and existing products, they turned to Stearnswood. The result was a tailored solution built for efficiency—combining custom design and engineering with wood pallets, foam inserts, and JIT warehousing to simplify the company’s packaging process.
Today, Data Metalcraft’s once complex packaging needs have become an afterthought. Each product arrives safely, and ongoing deliveries are seamless thanks to Stearnswood’s warehousing and just-in-time capabilities. As Korhonen notes, “Stearnswood has been a tremendous partner to the DMI programs—protecting our finished goods, storing parts as needed, and always delivering on time.”
